Technical Support Engineer

We're looking for a dedicated and reliable Technical Support Engineer to join a growing team for a global leader in hygiene and sustainability solutions!.

the role

• Assist sales representatives in executing customer plans, conduct plant surveys, build relationships with key stakeholders, and provide technical support.
• Analyze, interpret, and recommend to optimize customer operations and problem-solve for optimal performance.
• Conduct routine maintenance, provide customer service, and ensure operational efficiency by managing inventory and adhering to safety standards.
• Work closely with Sales Representatives to achieve shared goals and deliver exceptional customer service.

the experience

• Degree in chemical engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in similar field (water treatment, chemical industry).
• Willing to travel to clients’ sites.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin (dealing with Chinese clients).
